When I realized I wanted coaching to be my profession, because I had basically been a coach all of my adult life, I did not know where to start.
Then... I came across a post where coach LaChelle Barnett was talking about skipping steps (which I was guilty of). It came at a pivotal time for me because I was doing exactly was she was speaking about; I was busy doing work that wasn't producing results. I call it squirrel syndrome! lol
She was very thorough with niching down and discovering my ideal client! It was work, and she did not pull any punches as my coach... and that was EXACTLY what I needed. I would recommend LaChelle as a coach to anyone who is serious about their growth and is ready to elevate their business!
One of the biggest takeaways from the weekend is how to grow a successful business without having to hustle to the point of exhaustion.
She helped me be more strategic so that I can be a more present mom while working full time and launching my new business. Thanks LaChelle!!
